We currently have vacancies for Male & Female Support Workers and Senior Support workers in the Cardiff Area.

You may have had experience working within the care sector or you may be contemplating changing career direction. The essential criteria for this role is the ability to offer personal, emotional and practical support to help others in their daily lives and the desire for a job in which no two days will be the same.

    (Salaries for the roles will vary dependent upon experience and qualifications, support workers with no prior experience will start on £12,500 rising to £13,125 with relevant experience & qualifications. Salaries for Senior Support Workers with NVQ 2 will start on £15,890 rising to £16,277 for those with NVQ 3)

    (After six months probation a 5% contributory company pension scheme )

    (No two days will be the same, you’ll be out and about in the community partaking in daily activities with the service users, this could be shopping, swimming, going to the pub or simply going out for a leisurely walk.)

Company Description

The Regard Partnership provides flexible and personalised support for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs or Acquired Brain Injuries across over 120 supported living services and residential care homes in England and Wales. We also operate services for children with Learning Disabilities and Emotional and Behavioural issues which include specialist education provision. Bespoke and individualised packages of support are available to customers in receipt of individual budgets and direct payments.
