Conduit - Coaching Manger
Salary: Up to £25,000 pa
An excellent opportunity has arisen for somebody to join our coaching team as a Coaching Manager. You'll be responsible for managing all our onsite coaches whilst offering training in different fields including; management, system use, team leading, motivating etc.
Our ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience in a contact centre environment along with knowledge or qualification in NLP.
Your role will require you to travel between our Cardiff sites (City Centre & Cardiff Gate) as well as Milton Keynes, Dudley and Bristol.
This is a full time role.
