We’re looking for a gateway Assessment worker to join our Newport Team.

Duties include:

  • Arranging, preparing and undertaking assessments for need and risk for supported housing and floating support applications submitted into the Supported Housing Gateway;
  • Liaising with the Gateway Project Officer with findings for each assessment in order that referrals can be made;
  • Undertaking assessments in the community, the Information Station and supported housing schemes / venues in Newport
