Job Elements

·Responsible for managing all relevant non-conformances and CAPA and escalation to Quality Review, in accordance with company procedures.

·Responsible for raw material specification and testing optimization, test method alignment and shelf-life extensions.

·Responsible for providing technical support to the raw material testing team, on all relevant projects.

·Responsible for raising change orders related to supplier quality.

·Represent Supplier Quality during design, planning and acquisition of new biological and consumables either in a project role or as an individual, providing advice on test design and acceptance criteria based on statistical rationale where appropriate.

·Accountable for generation of validation documentation, risk assessments and technical reports, ensuring timely review to meet factory/project timescales,

The ideal candidate will have:

·Ideally minimum of HNC or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering discipline.

·2- 5 years quality, regulatory and/or compliance experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment including experience in diagnostics.

·Demonstrates working knowledge of current and applicable GMP regulations e.g.: ISO14875 / 21 CFR Part 820

·Demonstrates a good working knowledge of Change Order System.

·Demonstrates high level knowledge of manufacturing process and detailed knowledge of Biologics.

·Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to implement the CAPA processes as per current procedures. Actively supports continuous improvements.
